Simply Xtreme Alloy Repair provides a professional alloy wheel repair kit for factory-painted alloy wheels. This kit contains full instructions on how to repair your silver wheel's scuffs and scrapes at a fraction of the cost of most repair outlets.

Kit Contents:

1 x Bottle of Alloy Filler/Primer (incl. brush)
1 x Bottle of Alloy Silver (incl. brush)
1 x Bottle of Alloy Lacquer (incl. brush)
1 x Set of Special Grade Wet and Dry Papers
4 x Cleaning Wipes
1 x Pair Safety Gloves
1 x Sponge
1 x Polishing Cloth

 

Instructions:

  • Thoroughly wash all dirt and brake dust deposits from wheels.
  • Use wet & dry paper No1 to remove scuffs but keep the repair area to a minimum. Always use water with the wet & dry paper in order to stop clogging. Then use wet & dry paper No2 to reduce any sanding marks.
  • Use alcoholic wipe to thoroughly clean sanded and surrounding area and allow to dry. 
  • Apply filler/primer in thin layers to build up damaged area but make sure not to build too high. Allow sufficient drying times between applications. (If chips and scratches are not deep move on to painting)
  • Use wet & dry No3 to sand down filler/primer until you are left with a smooth finish. Clean and dry repair area. 
  • Apply the paint in thin layers & allow to dry fully between coats. If you have applied too much paint, wet & dry paper No4 can be used to reduce build up.
  • Apply lacquer over painted area for the finishing touch and to add protection.
  • If necessary, use wet & dry paper No4 to reduce build up
