Who we are?
We are a family-owned independent business founded in 1981, now operating from our purpose-built warehouse facility in Chichester, West Sussex. Since 1981 we have evolved from a regional supplier of automotive accessories in Sussex to a national supplier of over 5,000 market-leading products. You can read more about our history here. Our success can be attributed to hard work, constantly evolving our business as well as the product portfolio, and continued support from our loyal customers. Since we began our focus has been supplying the automotive aftermarket. Over the last 5 or so years, we have also increasingly served the DIY and general retail sectors with many of our products now being sold to a wide range of customer bases.

We have a friendly and dedicated internal customer service team ready to assist with placing orders, further product information and queries. In addition, our external sales team are on the road visiting customers across the UK regularly to demonstrate new products, discuss market developments and work together on maximising sales in-store. The team offers a great amount of experience and passion for the industry and are all experts within the sector they focus on.
Our in-house marketing department produces promotions, works with suppliers to ensure the latest product content is available and evolves the website to ensure product information is correct, complete and continually improved. We now have over 60,000 sq. ft. at our Tangmere, Chichester, site with all products and our full team operating from one location. Having the right product at the right time is made easier by having a large amount of storage and a dedicated warehouse team keeping it organised and streamlined.
Our despatch department is world-class and ever-improving. We understand that businesses are fast-paced and getting products out to the customer as quickly as possible is a priority.
