2 years ago we moved to a custom-built warehouse facility, increasing our inventory and improving goods in and dispatch procedures. A modern website is the obvious next step to boost information transparency for our customers and provide a modern ordering portal.
Access to product information is key for our customers, we have found that our busy customers need information at the touch of a button and delays can be costly. The new website shows livestock from our Chichester warehouse without the need for a phone call to check. Customers can help themselves to this critical information.
Live prices are also shown which mirror the customer's price file, any special prices or promotional lines will automatically be updated so customers can be reassured the price that's displayed is what they'll pay.
With the ever-changing nature of business, we realised that access to our website via mobile while on the move is crucial.
